At RE/MAX Service First our job is to ensure that you succeed – plain & simple.

We won’t overly promise things to you that we can’t produce or deliver.

Building your real estate business is the cornerstone to longevity and success and we know we are different than almost any other brokerage out there. The traditional real estate brokerage model is centered around the brokerage – not you. At RE/MAX Service First we are agent centric – meaning our business revolves around our agents. Here is our Team of dedicated professionals entrusted to guide you down the path of success.

John Gscheidmeier - Broker Owner & Director of Operations

John grew up in the Waukesha/Pewaukee, Wisconsin area and still calls this home. John opened the Waukesha office in 2016 after working for a small brokerage. From that experience he learned that there was a better way to combine agent success, training, high splits, and industry-leading tools, John created RE/MAX Service First – or “RSF” as we call it.

John has grown the brokerage to be a destination for today’s top producers as well as soon-to-be top producers who are seeking better for themselves. John strives to provide world-class tools and systems that allow agents to maximize their daily output and minimize their input. Efficiency and not duplicating agent’s efforts is paramount to their success.

Monica Young – Senior Executive Coordinator

Hello! My name is Monica Young and my role as Senior Executive Coordinator allows me to do what I love to do – help others.

My goal is to assist each realtor at RE/MAX Service First with finding the tools and resources they need to thrive in their business.

With a background in Banking Management, Loan Servicing, Loan Underwriting and General Contracting in Residential Remodeling, I’m able to apply what I’ve learned over the years to the Real Estate industry and have a unique perspective to the challenges agents face with each transaction.
