RE/MAX Service First was created by broker owner John Gscheidmeier to help agents achieve greatness. John named the company “Service First” after his previous career as a firefighter, police officer, and teacher. John learned very early on the true meaning of “Service” and how to truly serve others. Business should be no different – we are here to serve our clients by building lifelong relationships and all others around us.

Whether agents are team-oriented or independent, RSF is home to agents with an average tenure of 12.5 years of experience. Our agents consist of those who have achieved decades of experience to being brand new. Many transition to RSF from other careers because they finally found ‘home’ here. In 2020 our agents averaged well above the national and regional sales average per agent.

Protecting Heroes Ⓒ is a program created by and is exclusively offered by RE/MAX Service First. Broker and Owner John Gscheidmeier, a former firefighter, police officer, and teacher, created the program to give back to our local Heroes. The program rewards Heroes with an incentive & reward at closing when they buy a home, or deep discounts when selling a home. Our Heroes never sacrifice full service like with other discount providers. We simply save our Heroes thousands every day as our way of saying ‘thanks’ for their service.
